This policy covers what PosixspwnDownload ("we," "this site") collects when you visit or use the site, and what we do with it. It doesn't cover the apps we list - once you install a third-party app, that app's own privacy policy applies to whatever it collects.
What We Collect
If you submit a review through the form on an app's page, we store the name, star rating, and review text you provide. If your review is published under a name you didn't intend to be public, contact us and we'll amend it.
Like most sites, our server logs standard request data - IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps - for security and troubleshooting. We use a session cookie to keep the site functioning correctly (for example, remembering your progress through a multi-step form); see our Cookie Policy for details.
What We Don't Collect
We don't require an account to browse the site or download an APK. We don't process payments, and we never see anything related to your betting or casino activity on any app listed here - that data belongs entirely to the app's own operator.
How We Use It
Review submissions are used to populate the reviews section on app pages, after moderation. Server logs are used to keep the site running securely and to understand traffic patterns in aggregate - not to track individual visitors across sessions.
Sharing
We don't sell visitor data. We may share data if required by law, or with service providers who host or operate the site on our behalf, under the same confidentiality expectations set out here.
Your Rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete data we hold about you - most relevantly, a review you submitted. Email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the submission (the app it's under and approximate date is usually enough).
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
